Inauguration
I drove from Nashville to Washington D.C. to photograph Inauguration Day: January 20th, 2021. Following the capital storming and the tumultuous rise of tension between political parties, security was at an all time high. There were bomb threats, elements of active bombs planted that were found, and supposed rallies to happen. On the day, though, the ground was cold, quiet, calm, mostly empty, and on high alert.
